Hirsch Vineyards wine dinner at Chambers NY

We're delighted to invite you to our first Hirsch wine dinner in New York since 2019. We're especially excited to be hosting this dinner at Chambers, the newest restaurant from acclaimed sommelier Pascaline Lepeltier (formerly of Rouge Tomate and Racines).

We’ll be taking over the entire restaurant on Wednesday, February 8 at 6:30pm for four course dinner paired with eight Hirsch wines (list below). All but two of the wines are from our library.

Dinner is $295 per person, all inclusive, and due to the nature of this event, reservations are ticketed and nonrefundable. Seating is extremely limited, so we encourage you to book early.
