$75 | 750ml  The 2023 Estate Chardonnay is an electric and mouthwatering wine, with notable acidity and minerality. Upon opening, the nose is generous yet refined, with subtle notes of brioche, Fuji apples, Meyer lemon and a hint of saline. The palate leans Old World, with a focused mid palate and persistent finish. This is an incredibly classy wine, with fabulous mouthfeel and energy. 

$65 | 750ml  The San Andreas Fault is Hirsch’s signature Pinot Noir and represents the entirety of this multifaceted vineyard. The 2022 has aromatics of dried sage, wild mint and wet stone adding interest to notes of Bing cherry and Alpine strawberries. There’s a hint of mineral, saline character, with a palate that is juicy, fresh and high-toned. Ready to enjoy now. Fall 2024 release.

$45 | 750ml. The 2023 Bohan-Dillon is an expressive and elegant vintage of this wine. The nose is a gorgeous bouquet of raspberries, cherries, and plums, with subtle hints of graphite and cassis. On the palate the wine is juicy and drinkable, with gentle tannins. With air, notes of rhubarb, sumac and forest floor emerge. Summer 2025 release.
