$45 | 750ml. Upon opening, the 2022 Estate Rosé is immediately expressive. Notes of cranberry, patisserie, sweet fresh peaches and lemon curd emerge with air. On the palate, the texture is silky and generous, with fantastic acidity and a very long finish. Hints of candied cherry, clementine oranges and grenadine bring additional complexity. Summer 2024 release.
$65 | 750ml. Just 3.9 acres of Chardonnay are planted at Hirsch, and from this we produce one white wine per year. The 2021 Chardonnay is mineral, fresh and energetic, with a sappy and mouthwatering texture. Spring 2023 release.
$55 | 750ml. The Family Blend Estate Pinot Noir is our winemaker’s selection of the most delicious and happiness-inducing barrels from the vintage. The aromatics of the 2021 Family Blend are a hedonistic mix of fresh blackberries, ripe plum skin, wet stone, and crushed cherries. This is a wine of great drinkability, but with concentration and complexity. Winter 2023 release.

The 2021 is overflowing with fresh red cherries with hints of ripe peach, earth, wet stone, anise and mint. The palate is juicy and concentrated, with a long finish. There is a density of fruit here that marks this as one of the finest vintages ever produced of this wine. Fall 2023 release.
$45 | 750ml.The 2022 Bohan-Dillon isfabulously approachable now. The nose overflows with Rainier cherries and plums. With air, notes of Tahitian vanilla, sarsaparilla, forest floor and wet river stones emerge. The palate is classic Bohan-Dillon: soft and round, with wonderful acidity and gentle tannins. Summer 2024 release.
