MAGNUM - 2012 Hirsch 'Block 8' Estate Pinot Noir

The Block 8 is one of our top wines from 2012, one of California’s most heralded vintages. This wine presents an ideal combination of freshness with the seamless, elegant mouthfeel that only comes with time. Chapparal, thyme and graphite add complexity to the classic Block 8 flavors of black cherry and cassis. There is still quite a bit of primary fruit in this wine. Juicy, slightly coating, persistent and with an incredibly long finish, it’s more beautiful with every sip. Open 2 to 3 hours before service.
