Hirsch and Single Thread Experience
An extraordinary experience highlighting the things we love most about Sonoma County: the coast, the wines, the people and the food.
The day will begin with a visit to Hirsch Vineyards, where we will walk the vineyards and enjoy a picnic lunch together overlooking the Pacific Ocean. We will gather in the evening for an exquisite dinner at one of the best new restaurants in the world, all accompanied by the wines of Hirsch Vineyards.
Just fourteen spots are available and we’ll be opening our library to pour some of the finest wines Hirsch has ever produced.
In late 2016, an exceptional restaurant called Single Thread opened its doors in Healdsburg. Owner and Chef Kyle Connaughton has worked in some of the world’s finest kitchens, including at the UK’s Fat Duck and In Japan with three-Michelin-starred chef Michel Bras as noted in the WSJ article and in this 4 star review.
Dinner will begin with a cocktail in the garden rooftop of Single Thread while the sun sets over the hills of Sonoma. We’ll then head into the restaurant for nine-courses paired with 8 Hirsch wines and a few European favorites. Tickets for the complete experience (dinner, tour and lunch, including all tax and service) is $550 per person. Please note that due to the small size of this dinner, tickets are charged upon confirmation and are non-refundable. Tickets are allocated on a first come first served basis.
