$45 - Our intention in making a rosé is to capture the character of Hirsch Pinot Noir, in rosé form. This is a true Hirsch wine, and a new lens into our site. Upon opening, the wine is defined by a savory aromatic profile, with hints of fresh apricots in the background. With air, the wine opens up to reveal yellow peaches, Cara Cara oranges and lemongrass. On the palate, the wine has a generous yet energetic mouthfeel, with notable texture and presence. This is a serious rosé of weight and distinction.
