We are pleased to offer our customers who live in particularly warm areas some wine shipping solutions during these warm summer months. FEDEX OVERNIGHT SUMMER SAVINGS | Shipping May 6th – October 7th
FedEx Overnight Summer Savings is available to all states we can ship to (except Oklahoma)
- FedEx is offering an overnight solution with reduced rates. Packages receive the same treatment as a standard FedEx Priority Overnight Shipment, but at a discounted rate. Orders are delivered by 10:30am in most areas.
UPS OVERNIGHT SUMMER SAVINGS | Shipping May 18th – November 2nd
UPS Overnight Summer Savings is available to all states we can ship to.
- UPS is offering their standard Next Day Air service with reduced rates. Orders are picked up in the morning via refrigerated truck, with guaranteed delivery by UPS by 10:30am/12:00pm for most locations. All UPS shipments will be sent utilizing their Carbon Neutral program at no additional cost.
FEDEX TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED SHIPPING | Shipping May 8th – October 9th
FedEx Temperature Controlled shipping is available for the following states:
AL, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, KY, LA, MD, MA, MI, NH, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, VT, VA, WV, WI
- For select states, particularly east coast and southeast, a more affordable summer shipping solution than the above overnight shipping options. Your wine will be in a temperature-controlled environment every step of the process until the day of delivery, with morning delivery for nearly all locations.
- Orders must be received by Sunday to ship from our warehouse the coming Friday. An order placed after that deadline will ship out the following Friday. Example: Order placed on Sunday the 1st will ship out Friday the 6th. An order placed after Sunday the 1st will ship out Friday the 13th.

Orders are then taken to a temperature-controlled facility for sorting, then shipped to a designated hub in a temperature-controlled environment (3 to 5-day transit time).

Once your order arrives, it will be shipped to its final destination the next morning via FedEx Overnight delivery.

Because FedEx Temperature Controlled Shipping requires a longer lead time and transit time, you should expect your order a minimum of 10 days after you place your order, and up to 17 days after you place your order. If you need your order in an expedited manner, please select one of the Overnight Summer solutions.
