Tasting Notes
On the nose, bright but restrained fruit with notes of hibiscus, Christmas spices and forest floor. High-toned red plum and raspberry fruit is tempered by pleasant notes of earth, orange peel and wet stones. The palate is generous and juicy, with long, sensual tannins and a lacy, lithe acidity. Compact, dense, elegant and possessing great structure. Color of bright garnet, intimating at the brooding quality of the 2010 vintage.

So smooth. It went well with fish or beef.
